This section provides definitions and abbreviations for terms used in Parts B and C of the rule book. These terms have uncommon or specialized meanings.

PART B

The rules set forth in Part B, which includes Sections II through III of this rule book, address the relationship between the Philippine BMX Commission and its member organizations. The rules in Part B are not intended to establish any rights, duties or obligations on the part of PBMXC or a member organization with respect to the individual members of any of the PBMXC's member organizations. All organizations, which are members of the PBMXC, are expected to be familiar with and to observe the rules of Part B.

PART C

RULES GOVERNING COMPETITIONS

The rules in Part C of this rule book, which comprises Section IV through VIII, set forth the manner in which a PBMXC sanctioned BMX event shall be conducted. All commissaires, officials and riders participating in a PBMXC sanctioned BMX event are expected to be familiar with and to observe the rules of Part C.
