BMX
membership within Philippine BMX Commission
(PBMXC) is restricted to organizations having included in
their activities the overall management of a national or territorial BMX
racing programme. Membership is limited to a single member organization
from each province or territory. All member organizations must:

Be
provincial or territorial organizations with membership open to their
general population.

Be
non-profit making organizations.

Conduct
BMX competitions under written rules which are not inconsistent in
character with the rules of PBMXC as set forth in this rule book.

Maintain
satisfactory levels of safety, insurance and organization.

Cooperate with other member organizations for the betterment of the sport
of BMX.
-
Coordinate their race schedules to avoid conflicts with PBMXC sanctioned
events.

Application for membership in PBMXC may be made using
forms available
online or from
the PBMXC office. The applicant may be required to submit as part of its
application additional material including without limitation: its
constitution, by-laws, articles of incorporation, race rule book and
membership statistics.

By
joining PBMXC, the applicant must agree to be governed by the rules,
regulations, by-laws and constitution of PBMXC in their entirety and
without exception.

The
Philippine BMX Commission may take appropriate disciplinary action against
any member organization which violates specific provisions of these rules
or engages in conduct which reflects unfavorably on PBMXC or the sport of
BMX. Disciplinary action may include without limitation:

The
refusal to grant, or the withdrawal of, a PBMXC sanction either for a
specific event or for a period of time.

The
assessment of costs, penalties or fines.
